Graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing. FH) | Entrepreneur

For more than 35 years, I have been working in industry, focusing primarily on technical products and solutions for transportation and water infrastructure.

My professional background combines technical expertise with extensive experience in production, sales, executive management and entrepreneurial responsibility.

Entrepreneurial experience

Starting in 1988, I gained extensive hands-on experience in production and assembly at our internationally active family business, HAMCO Dinslaken Bausysteme GmbH – before, during and after my studies in Metallurgical/metal forming Engineering, which I completed with a degree in Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. FH).

My subsequent career at HAMCO took me through various positions of responsibility, ultimately leading to executive management. To this day, I remain a managing director and majority shareholder of the company.

Following the acquisition of HAMCO's operating business by the ViaCon Group in 2021, I took on senior responsibilities in executive management and technical business development.

In 2026, I made a conscious decision to continue my professional journey independently and as an entrepreneur.

All these activities have significantly shaped my understanding of entrepreneurial decision-making, market requirements and sustainable business relationships.
